The staff are outstandingly accommodating, giving their best to make the stay a very comfortable experience. The particularly NICE breakfast offers freshly made food: fresh fruit and cereals.

Conveniently located near highways. Rooms equipped with basic amenities like mini-fridges and microwaves were great for families needing to store snacks.
Breakfast setup left much to be desired. There were no individual milk containers, leading to parents scrambling for milk for cereal. Bagels presented were frozen with one showing mold, and lack of fresh juice was noticeable. The HVAC units were excessively noisy, disrupting sleep when the fans kicked in.

The venue is well-maintained, it offers free breakfast and has unbeatable location adjacent to a hockey tournament, several restaurants and grocery store and supermarkets, food chains, and necessities. The hotel staff is fantastic friendly and attentive. A double room is a decent size, has a bright bathroom. The services are great, including a very clean pool.
There's hair in some areas.
